The 50 Book Challenge

Resolve to read in 2011! 

Can you read 50 books in a year??? Truly, I'm not sure I can, but I'm going to give it a try and I invite you to join me! The Friends of the Tewksbury Public Library and the Tewksbury Public Library are sponsoring a book challenge for 2011. Try to read 50 books between January 3 and December 30, 2011. If you can, you can be entered to win a grand prize (to be announced--we haven't decided which goody you might win!).

Here's what you need to know:

• January 3-December 30, 2011 is the reading period.
• You must be 18 or older to participate
• Fiction, Nonfiction, Graphic Novels, eBooks, Audio Books, and Young Adult (Teen) Novels are eligible; Newspapers, Magazines and Children's books are not eligible.
• Record your titles in the log you pick up at the Library--an online recording location will be ready soon!
• Return the log to the Library when you are finished to be entered into the grand prize drawing. 
• Have fun & check this blog and the Library for recommendations, book lists and displays throughout the year!
